Working principle:

When Oil mill working, processed oil material come from the hopper into the pressing chamber.  Due to material embryo in oil press chamber is in the motion state , under the  high pressure

condition in squeeze chamber , there is great frictional resistance between pressing chamber??Embryo and squeezer. There is friction between embryo micro material, resulting in relative motion.  On

the other hand , because the diameter of squeezer screw thread  root circle is gradually increases, screw pitch is dwindling, So when squeezer is rotated,screw thread push material embryo ,

material embryo move forward and flip outward , meanwhile the material embryo near the the screw thread surface move together with squeezing axle .
So the movement of every material embryo particles in the pressing chamber is not at a constant velocity and in same direction .  Quantity of heat produced by friction meets the necessary need of

oil process operation .  Make material in the embryo protein denaturation, destroyed the colloid, increased the plastic, reduce the oil viscosity, make it easy for oil to get out , so increase the

oil yield of spiral oil press , oil flow out from the circular aperture and a row of gap .
